Full time and part time customer service / order processing / sales positions in Gardena, CA.
Job Description:
- Answer phone calls in a positive, pleasant manner.
- Receive and process phone, faxed and emailed orders and input into the system accurately.
- Communicate with customers by phone and email with exceptional customer service skills.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers by promptly responding to requests, answering questions, resolving issues, and keeping them informed about order status.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, inventory, generating spreadsheets.
Required skills:
- Knowledge about gymnastics industry and equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills using proper grammar and spelling.
- Pleasant, positive, patient, helpful, and engaging telephone and email demeanor.
- Ability to operate a computer with intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a strong level of organizational skills.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Team player with great interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude.
Preferred skills:
- Some general office experience.
- Willingness to travel a few days per year for gymnastic trade shows.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Experience with accounting software.
